Use of the Land. The tenant will use the lands and premises for the purpose of growing crops or forages and the tenant shall not, without the written consent of the landlord:

To use the Plot as an allotment/leisure garden during daylight hours for growing normal garden selections of vegetables, fruit and flowers for personal use and consumption (but not by way of trade or business). Utilising a small greenhouse, frame, poly tunnel or shed if required but not without the written consent of the Council to do so.
Use of the Land. 3.1 The land shall be used as a Football for Hope Centre, which will include a small sized artificial turf football pitch (20x40m) and a community building to accommodate the associated social programmes.

Future use of the land will be in accordance with restrictions in the original Declaration of Trust which requires the land to be “used by the inhabitants and visitors of the village of Bowness-on-Windermere and the neighbourhood as a Pleasure Ground and place of recreation” subject to a number of restrictions:
