Use of the Land Sample Clauses
Use of the Land. The tenant will use the lands and premises for the purpose of growing crops or forages or the pasturing of livestock and the tenant shall not, without the written consent of the landlord:
a) Sublet, or assign this lease, or any part thereof, or any interest therein without obtaining the written consent of the landlord to the sublease or assignment;
b) Change the natural course of any waterways on the said land;
c) Cut down trees growing upon the land, nor will he permit any other person to do so;
d) Allow the entry of any persons for the purpose of outfitting, eco-tourism, picking of berries or flowers or any such plant materials;
e) Remove any sand, gravel, clay, stone or other such substances existing on, or under the surface of said land; or
f) Bring in to cultivation any new lands.

Use of the Land. 3.01 The land referred to hereunder shall be used for industrial purposes.
3.02 During the transfer term, Party B is required to abide by the land use regulations as stipulated hereunder. Party B is required to obtain approval from the city’s state-owned land administrative agency and the city’s planning agency in the event of any changes in the land usage or planning requirements.
Use of the Land. To use the Plot as an allotment growing normal garden selections of vegetables, fruit and flowers for personal use and consumption utilising a small greenhouse, frame, poly tunnel or shed if required.
Use of the Land. To use the Plot as an allotment/leisure garden during daylight hours for growing normal garden selections of vegetables, fruit and flowers for personal use and consumption (but not by way of trade or business). Utilising a small greenhouse, frame, poly tunnel or shed if required but not without the written consent of the Council to do so.
Use of the Land. 3.4.1 The Lessee must not use nor allow any other person to use the Land for: • security for a loan • any purpose or activity except for that stated in Item 7 of the Schedule unless it first gets the consent of the Council in writing • anything that is illegal or immoral
Use of the Land. The purchaser acknowledges that the vendor gives no warranty as to the use to which the land sold may be put if the use is permissible only with the consent of any authority under or in pursuance of any statute, ordinance, regulations, by-law, town planning scheme or interim development order or other enactment or order of the Court the purchaser shall obtain such consent at the purchaser’s own expense.
Use of the Land. Aylmer Backyard Farms agrees to use the land for the sole purpose of sustainable vegetable gardening and for no other purpose and not to allow the plot to be used by anyone other than those gardening with them as employees, contract workers or volunteers.
Use of the Land. The licensee will Use the plot during daylight hours for growing vegetables, fruit, and flowers for personal use. Restore the plot to a lettable condition at the end of the period of the licence. Keep the plot and adjoining paths and common areas clean and reasonably free from weeds. Place an appropriate boundary between the plot and neighbouring plots in agreement with the occupiers of the neighbouring plots.. The licensee will not Use the plot for commercial purposes Use the plot for unlawful purposes Remove any soil or similar material from the plot or surrounding area. Grow plants that exceed 1.8 metres in height Grow plants that encroach on neighbouring plots, paths, or common areas. Keep any animals on the plot The licensee Will close and lock all gates to prevent unauthorised access. Will not copy or lend the gate keys to any other person. The licencee will not use chemical herbicides on the plot unless the following conditions are met: The use is necessitated by exceptional circumstances The use is to control rather than prevent disease, pest or weeds The other plot holders agree to the use The licencee will not to cause or permit any nuisance to the occupier of any other plot or neighbouring property. In particular, the licence will not: Deposit any refuse or any decaying matter on the plot, paths or common areas. Manure or compost in quantities reasonably required for cultivation may be deposited. Burn any waste or other material. Use any material (including barbed wire) on or around the plot which may be a hazard to other licensees or visitors. Erect any buildings or structures on the plot. Make a well or pond on the plot. Place any advertisements or notices on the plot or common areas. Bring a dog onto the plot, other plots, paths or common areas unless on a leash.
