Entitlement and Accrual. Full-time and part-time Employees will progressively accumulate 10 days (90 hours) of personal / carer’s leave each year in accordance with the Act. For part-timers, paid leave is accrued on a pro- rata basis. Any personal / carer’s leave which is not taken by an Employee will accumulate without limitation. Personal / carer’s leave will be paid at the Flat Hourly Rate. Employees can apply to take leave up to 9 hours per day.
