Employment, Contract Period. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Company shall continue to employ Employee and Employee shall continue in the employ of the Company for the period specified in Paragraph 3(b) (the "Contract Period"), in the position and with the duties and responsibilities set forth in Paragraph 4.
Employment, Contract Period. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Company shall cause the Subsidiary to continue to employ Employee and Employee shall continue in the employ of the Subsidiary for the period specified in Paragraph 3(b) (the “Contract Period”), in the position and with the duties and responsibilities set forth in Paragraph 4.
Employment, Contract Period. During the period specified in this Section 1, the Company shall employ Executive, and Executive shall serve the Company, on the term and subject to the conditions set forth herein. The term of Executive's employment hereunder shall commence as of December 1, 2001 (the "Effective Date") and, subject to prior termination as provided in Section 5 hereof, shall continue through November 30, 2005. The term of Executive's employment hereunder is sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Period."
Employment, Contract Period. 1.1 The Employment Contract (“The Contract”) is a fixed-term Contract valid for three years from June 2022 to May 2025.

During the period specified in this Section 1, the Corporation shall employ Thomxxxx, xxd Thomxxxx xxxll serve the Corporation, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein. The term of Thomxxxx'x xxxloyment hereunder shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date"), and, subject to prior termination as provided in Section 8 hereof, shall continue indefinitely on a month-to-month basis. The term of Thomxxxx'x xxxloyment hereunder shall be automatically renewed on the first of each following month for an additional term of one month, unless the Corporation shall have given at least ninety (90) days advance notice of its intention not to renew the term of Thomxxxx'x xxxloyment hereunder. During the period specified in this Section 1, the Company shall employ Xxxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxxxx shall serve the Company, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein. The initial term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder shall commence as of the date specified in the first sentence of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) and, subject to prior termination as provided in Section 7, shall continue through the third anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to automatic extension for an additional period of one year on each anniversary date after the third anniversary of the Effective Date unless either party shall have given written notice of his or its intention not to renew the term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder at least 90 days prior to any Expiration Date, in which event Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment will terminate on the anniversary date of the Effective Date next following the date of such notice (“Expiration Date”). The term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder is three years (subject to extension as described above), except as otherwise provided herein and is sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “Contract Period.”

During the period specified in this Section 1, the Trust shall employ Xxxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxxxx shall serve the Trust, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein. The initial term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder shall commence as of the date specified in the first sentence of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) and, subject to prior termination as provided in Section 8, shall continue through the second anniversary of the Effective Date. The term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder shall be automatically renewed on the second anniversary of the Effective Date and on each succeeding anniversary of the Effective Date thereafter for succeeding terms of one year each, unless either party shall have given, at least 90 days prior to the expiration of any term, written notice of his or its intention not to renew the term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder, except that no extension of the term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder shall extend beyond the date of Xxxxxxxxxx’x 70th birthday, though he may continue as a Trustee beyond his 70th birthday. The term of Xxxxxxxxxx’x employment hereunder is sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “Contract Period.”
Employment, Contract Period. Two (02) years of Employment Contract (including the probationary period as per Romania’s Labour Law: 03 months). The extension of the Employment Contract will be in accordance by both the desire of the workers and the needs of Employer as well as in accordance with the regulations of Romania’s Labour Law.
Employment, Contract Period. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon the consummation of the Change in Control, the Company shall continue to employ Associate and Associate shall continue in the employ of the Company for the period commencing on the date of consummation of a Change in Control (the "Change in Control Date") and, subject only to the provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 below, continuing for a period of three (3) months after of such Change in Control Date (the "Contract Period").
Employment, Contract Period. (a) During the period specified in Paragraph 1(b), the Company shall employ Employee, and Employee shall serve the Company, as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein.
