Automatic Extension and “Automatic Extensions” have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 of this Lease.

Automatic Extension means learners do not have to notify me or ask for the extension. As long as the work is turned in within that 24 hour period, it is "on time" in terms of grade criteria.

Examples of Automatic Extension in a sentence

• The Company (with the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the entire membership of the Board of Directors at a meeting of the Board of Directors called and held for such purpose) or the Executive may elect to terminate the automatic extension of the Term set forth in Section 2(a) ("Automatic Extension") by giving written notice of such election.
