Employment, Contract Period. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Company shall cause the Subsidiary to continue to employ Employee and Employee shall continue in the employ of the Subsidiary for the period specified in Paragraph 3(b) (the “Contract Period”), in the position and with the duties and responsibilities set forth in Paragraph 4.
