EMPLOYEES-PERSONNEL. All persons employed or utilized in connection with the operation of the Facility, including relatives and minors, age of fourteen and above, with valid work permits and employed under the strict guidelines of California Child Labor laws, shall be adequately trained for such purposes, shall be courteous, shall be suitably and neatly attired so as to be recognizable as employees of Concessionaire. If in the reasonable judgment of City, any such person is incompetent, disorderly, discourteous, or otherwise objectionable, such person, including relatives, shall be discharged or reassigned to a non-City facility upon Concessionaire’s receipt of written notice from the City Manager. Concessionaire shall devote his/her own time and attention to the conduct of the services to be rendered on and from the Facility to the extent reasonably required to ensure such standards of operation called for in this Agreement. Concessionaire acknowledges and agrees that Concessionaire’ employees will not be eligible for any City employee benefits and, to the extent Concessionaire’ employees otherwise would be eligible for any City employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Concessionaire (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such City employee benefits. Concessionaire shall insure all employees who supervise minors meet the provisions of the Public Resources Code, Section 5164, that Concessionaire will require employees that have direct supervision over or conduct programs with minors, to be fingerprinted. Livescan fingerprinting service is available at South Lake Tahoe City Hall, for the current Department of Justice rate for a background check. Concessionaire shall file with the City a certificate showing that within the last two years, every person employed in the programs with minors has been examined and has been found to be free of communicable tuberculosis, all in accordance with the provisions of the Public Resources Code, Section 5164 (Exhibit ‘B’).

EMPLOYEES-PERSONNEL. File Each Employee has the right to knowledge of any and all information kept on said Employee and all information is accessible to him/her at a reasonable time. Where an assessment is written on a probationary Employee, that Employee will receive a copy of the assessment. An Employee will receive a copy of any disciplinary notation that is placed in his/her file. An Employee shall have the right to object in writing to the accuracy or completeness of any document in the file and such objection shall be filed with the disputed document. Alternatively, if the Employee disputes the accuracy of any such document, he/she may appeal the matter to a member of senior staff designated by the Director. Such senior staff member shall, within fifteen (15) days, where possible, from receipt of a written request by the Employee stating the alleged inaccuracy, either confirm, amend, or remove the information contained in the document.

  • Employee's Personnel File A copy of formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only. Subject to giving the Employer advance notice, employees shall have access to their personnel file.

  • CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL The Consultant shall designate in writing to the Authority one individual, satisfactory to the Authority, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Consultant and who shall be the Authority's normal point of contact with the Consultant on matters relating to such services.   • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Our Personnel We will be responsible for the performance of Our personnel (including Our employees and contractors) and their compliance with Our obligations under this Agreement, except as otherwise specified herein.

  • SERVICE PROVIDER’S PERSONNEL 10.1 The Service Provider’s Personnel shall be regarded at all times as employees, agents or Subcontractors of the Service Provider and no relationship of employer and employee shall arise between Transnet and any Service Provider Personnel under any circumstances regardless of the degree of supervision that may be exercised over the Personnel by Transnet.

  • B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

  • Injured Employees In the event of an employee sustaining injuries at work and becoming physically handicapped as a result thereof, every effort shall be made by the Employer to give the injured employee such suitable employment as is available.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
