Senior Staff Member definition

Senior Staff Member means a staff member of the Recipient who performs or holds any executive or managerial role including the role of chief executive officer, chief financial officer or an equivalent or similar role, or the role of head of a department or division, manager, senior project officer, or any other senior role. Shortfall has the meaning given to it in item 4.1 of Schedule 4.
