Employees of Concessionaire and its Subcontractors shall park vehicles in spaces as directed by the Director and at Concessionaire’s expense. City makes no representation that there will be available parking spaces for employees of Concessionaire and its Subcontractors on Airport property.

Employees of Concessionaire. The employees/ staff of the concessionaire shall not be deemed or construed to be the employees of DMRC. The Concessionaire understands and undertakes that the employees/staff shall make no claim against DMRC for reason whatsoever.
Employees of Concessionaire. The employees/ staff of the Concessionaire shall not be deemed or construed to be the employees of Concessioning Authority. The Concessionaire understands and undertakes that the employees/staff shall make no claim against Concessioning Authority for reason whatsoever. Further the concessionaire also agrees that Concessioning authority shall not be liable for any accidents/ injuries or claim of the workers/employees of concessionaire or subcontractor during construction of the project facility or the concession period.
