Service Provider’s Personnel definition

Service Provider’s Personnel all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub-contractors and agents of the Service Provider as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services and including the Key Personnel;

Service Provider’s Personnel the date for commencement of the Services set out in Schedule 1; the equipment and materials of whatsoever nature used by the Service Provider in providing the Services which do not themselves form part of the Services and in which title is not intended to pass to the Authority under the Contract; all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub- contractors and agents of the Service Provider as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services and including the Key Personnel;

• Such retaliation would be a violation of this Code of Conduct.CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING THE CODE OF CONDUCTAny violation of this Code of Conduct by the Service Provider’s Personnel may result in serious consequences, up to and including termination and possible referral to legal authorities.

• The Service Provider’s Personnel shall be regarded at all times as employees, agents or Subcontractors of the Service Provider and no relationship of employer and employee shall arise between Transnet and any Service Provider Personnel under any circumstances regardless of the degree of supervision that may be exercised over the Personnel by Transnet.

• All personnel that we utilize in the execution of the Services, including the staff, labor and other employees of us and each Subcontractor, and any other personnel assisting us in the execution of the Services, are referred to as Service Provider’s Personnel.

• This Code of Conduct identifies the behavior that we require from the Service Provider’s Personnel employed for the execution of the Services at the locations in the Employer’s country where the Services are provided.

• Where the Service Provider subcontracts any part of the Services, the work undertaken by the Service Provider’s Personnel must be performed to the same standards as stated in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Service Provider’s Personnel

Service Provider’s Personnel means any staff, entity, institution or person engaged or employed by or on behalf of the Service Provider to provide the Services;

Service Provider’s Personnel all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Service Provider and of any Sub-Contractors who are engaged in the provision of the Services from time to time.

Service Provider’s Personnel. “Service Provider’s Representative” means: (a) all or any part of the services to be provided to, or activities to be undertaken and completed for, the Authority by the Service Provider in Section 4 including any variations to such services and/or activities pursuant to Clause 40; and (b) any responsibilities, services, or functions which may be reasonably regarded as incidental to the Services or activities and which may be reasonably inferred; means all such employees, officers, suppliers, sub-Service Providers and agents of the Service Provider as are engaged in the performance of any of the Services and including the Key Personnel; means the Service Provider’s Representative identified in Schedule 1.

Service Provider’s Personnel means any staff, including Security Officers, employed by or on behalf of the Service Provider or the Service Provider’s subcontractors or joint venture partners dedicated to rendering the Services to SARS;

Service Provider’s Personnel means Service Provider’s directors, officers, employees, vendors, service providers, subcontractors, consultants, contingent workers, representatives, agents, and affiliates.

Service Provider’s Personnel means Key Personnel, as well as personnel assigned by the Service Provider to the provision of the Services and also includes, for the purpose of this Agreement, the Service Provider’s subcontractors and third-party suppliers who may be involved in the execution of this Agreement;

Service Provider’s Personnel means Fielded Personnel, including other members of staff of the Service Provider assigned by the Service Provider to the provision of the Services, and also includes, for the purpose of this Agreement, the Service Provider’s agents and third party suppliers who may be involved in the execution of this Agreement;
