Consultant Personnel. Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

Consultant Personnel. The Consultant shall provide the County with resumes of the key staff members to be assigned to said project in advance of commencing any professional services. Once the County approves the key staff to be assigned to the project, any substitutions or additions shall be subject to written approval by the County. The County reserves the right to reject any personnel the Consultant proposes for use on the project. Consultant represents that it is qualified to furnish the services described under this Agreement. Consultant further declares that one or more members or employees of its firm and that of its sub consultants, if so required by the State, if any, are licensed by the State of California to perform their services and that these services will be performed by them or under their direct supervision. Consultant shall furnish to County for approval, upon execution of this Agreement, a list of all firms or corporations to be employed as sub consultants. Nothing in this Agreement abrogates the professional responsibilities of the Consultant and /or sub consultants with respect to design defects, errors, omissions, or malpractice.
Consultant Personnel. Consultant shall employ a sufficient number of experienced and knowledgeable employees to perform Services in a timely, polite, courteous and prompt manner. Consultant shall determine appropriate staffing levels and shall promptly inform Municipality of any reasonably anticipated or known employment-related actions which may affect the performance of Services. Additional staffing resources shall be made available to Municipality when assigned employee(s) is unavailable.

Consultant Personnel. Consultant and its Subconsultants/Subcontractors, as applicable, will be responsible, at its/their own Costs, for all general recruiting, hiring, training and educating of all Consultant Personnel, all of whom must be fully qualified and must be authorized under Applicable Laws to perform the Services. This does not include training, orientation or other related activities which may be required for work performance at or for DFW, which costs would be considered reimbursable under this Agreement. Consultant must maintain complete control over Consultant Personnel, Subconsultants/Subcontractors and similar Persons.
Consultant Personnel. In the event that others are, or may hereafter become, associated with Consultant or are used by Consultant in connection with the Consulting Services (“Consultant Personnel”), Consultant agrees to procure from them agreements containing obligations substantially identical in form and content to those contained in this Agreement, and Consultant agrees to cooperate with the Company in procuring execution by them of such assignments and other papers as may be required by the terms of this Agreement.
Consultant Personnel. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Consultant shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or reassign Consultant's employees, agents, consultants or subcontractors who are assigned to provide the Services hereunder. Consultant agrees to notify Customer before such removal or reassignment if such notice is possible. In the event Customer believes that any of Consultant's employees, agents, consultants or subcontractors are failing to perform the Services in a satisfactory manner, Customer shall notify Consultant as to the reasons for such failure. Upon receipt of such notice or as soon as reasonably practical thereafter, Consultant and Customer shall mutually determine the best course of action to take to resolve such failure, which action may include replacing such personnel.

Consultant Personnel. Consultant will perform all Services only through its regular, full-time employees and through subcontractors approved in advance in writing by Company (Consultant’s employees and approved subcontractors, if any, are referred to collectively as the “Consultant Personnel”). Consultant acknowledges and agrees that all Consultant Personnel are subject to Company’s continuing acceptance and that Company expressly reserves the right at any time to reject any Consultant Personnel, for any reason. To the extent that any Consultant Personnel are required to perform Services at a Company facility, Consultant will first ensure that such Consultant Personnel have been informed of Company’s workplace, computer and security policies and procedures, and will comply with such policies and procedures at all times.
Consultant Personnel. 1. In performing its services, the Consultant shall use specialists and technicians, and provide at its offices and work sites adequate numbers thereof and shall give priority to qualified Saudis.
