Employees Defined. 1.1 Canpar Express Inc. (“The Company”) recognizes the Transportation Communications National Amalgamated Local 1976, United Steelworkers of America (“The Union”) as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees and Owner-Operators under contract with the Company.
