EMPLOYEE SURVEY. Norsk Hydro shall continue to conduct a biennial Employee culture survey (as described in Attachment 8 at 8-9, Attachment 17 at 30-31, and Attachment 39 at 9, 28) to assess Norsk Hydro’s integrity culture (to include Hydro USA), the tone at the top within each Employee’s department, the tone from each Employee’s leaders, Employees’ comfort on speaking up, and organizational justice. In response to the results of each survey, Hydro USA shall develop an action plan that includes corrective actions and actions to continue developing a culture of compliance. Hydro USA shall provide the Hydro USA-specific survey results in a report, including areas needing improvement and the corrective action plans, to the EPA Authorized Representative and Independent Monitor as an attachment to the Annual Report covering the period in which the survey was conducted.

EMPLOYEE SURVEY. 9.6.1 DBCMI agrees to provide access to DBCMI employees on the Project site for GNWT to conduct a survey for the purpose of measuring the socio-economic impacts of the Project. The survey shall be conducted no more than annually at times and on terms that are mutually acceptable to GNWT and DBCMI.

  • EU SURVEY 5.1. The participant shall complete and submit the online EU Survey after the mobility abroad within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the invitation to complete it.

  • Title Commitment (a) Purchaser acknowledges receipt of that certain title insurance commitment dated April 9, 2002 issued by the Title Company under Commitment No. 673945-F (the "TITLE COMMITMENT"), together with copies of the title exceptions listed thereon. Purchaser shall have until the expiration of the Evaluation Period (the "ORIGINAL OBJECTION DATE") to send written notice to Seller of its objections to matters shown on the Title Commitment or the Existing Survey that Purchaser deems unacceptable and shall have until the date (the "NEW OBJECTION DATE") that is five (5) Business Days after receipt by Purchaser's counsel of any update to the Title Commitment or any Updated Survey (or as promptly as possible prior to the Closing with respect to updates received less than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing) to send written notice to Seller of Purchaser's objections to any new exceptions to title to the Real Property raised thereby, provided that Purchaser may object to matters shown on an Updated Survey only if such matters were not shown on the Existing Survey. Purchaser's objections made in accordance with the preceding sentence are referred to herein as "TITLE OBJECTIONS" or "SURVEY OBJECTIONS," as applicable. Purchaser will be deemed to have accepted the exceptions to title set forth on the Title Commitment (as updated) and the matters shown on the Existing Survey and Updated Survey as permitted exceptions (together with any Title Objections and Survey Objections ultimately waived by Purchaser or cured by Seller, the "PERMITTED EXCEPTIONS") unless such matters are objected to by Purchaser in writing by the Original Objection Date or the New Objection Date, as applicable. Seller shall cause the Title Company to furnish to Purchaser a preliminary title report or title commitment, by the terms of which the Title Company agrees to issue to Purchaser at Closing an owner's policy of title insurance (the "TITLE POLICY") in the amount of the Purchase Price on the then standard TLTA owner's form insuring Purchaser's fee simple title to the Real Property, subject to the terms of such policy and the Permitted Exceptions including, without limitation, the standard or general exceptions. The basic premium for the Title Policy shall be at Seller's expense, and Purchaser may request additional coverage under the Title Policy or endorsements or deletions thereto (including, without limitation, the modification or deletion of the survey exception), which shall be, in each case, at Purchaser's expense.

  • Employee List No later than five (5) Business Days after the Bank Closing Date, the Assuming Institution shall provide the Receiver with a list of all Failed Bank employees the Assuming Institution will not hire. Unless otherwise agreed, the Assuming Institution shall pay all salaries and payroll costs for all Failed Bank employees until the list is provided to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (i.e., salary, benefits, etc.) associated with all other employees not on that list from and after the date of delivery of the list to the Receiver. The Assuming Institution shall offer to the Failed Bank employees it retains employment benefits comparable to those the Assuming Institution, offers its current employees.

  • Survey Buyer may obtain a survey of the Property before the Closing to assure that there are no defects, encroachments, overlaps, boundary line or acreage disputes, or other such matters, that would be disclosed by a survey ("Survey Problems"). The cost of the survey shall be paid by the Buyer. Not later than business days prior to the Closing, Buyer shall notify Seller of any Survey Problems which shall be deemed to be a defect in the title to the Property. Seller shall be required to remedy such defects within business days and prior to the Closing. If Seller does not or cannot remedy any such defect(s), Buyer shall have the option of canceling this Agreement, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer.

  • Employee Status For purposes of determining the applicability of Section 422 of the Code (relating to Incentive Stock Options), or in the event that the terms of any Grant provide that it may be exercised only during employment or within a specified period of time after termination of employment, the Committee may decide to what extent leaves of absence for governmental or military service, illness, temporary Disability, or other reasons shall not be deemed interruptions of continuous employment.

  • Employee Safety A. Any employee who is injured or who is involved in an accident during the course of his/her employment, no matter how slight the injury, shall file an accident report with the designated supervisor, as soon as possible after the injury and prior to the conclusion of the employee's work day, whenever possible. While the initial report may be given orally, it must be followed up within 48 hours with a written report on the First Report of Injury form which shall be submitted to the appropriate administrator/supervisor who shall then submit it to the appropriate Human Resources Department.

  • Employee Parking 29 (1) The County will eliminate any charge for parking to employees using County-owned or 30 controlled parking lots, except the Courthouse Annex and Safety Building Garage. The 31 County shall make every reasonable effort to secure such lots against theft and vandalism in a 32 manner consistent with location and type of facility.

  • New Employee Orientation The Union will provide each agency personnel director with the names and addresses of up to two (2) authorized Union representatives per agency to receive notice of each formal orientation meeting held by the Department. The notice will be sent as soon as such meetings are scheduled (but not less than ten (10) days in advance) and will include date, time and location. Due to operational exigencies, agencies may schedule an orientation which will provide the Union with less than the requisite ten (10) days' notice; however the Union shall be notified as soon as possible after the scheduling of the orientation and the Union representative shall be released from duty. Agencies shall routinely schedule orientations in a manner that will allow for the ten (10) day advance notice to the Union. During the formal orientation, the Union will be permitted to give a twenty (20) minute presentation which may include an enrollment in supplemental Union benefits. The parties shall encourage employee attendance, although attendance shall not be mandatory if an employee objects to attending the presentation. In the event a formal orientation meeting is not held, or the Union is unable to attend the formal orientation because the designated Union representatives cannot be released under Article 4, the Employer shall allow the Union representative and the employee(s) to meet during duty hours at a mutually agreed upon time and location for twenty (20) minutes Employee participation in these meetings shall be encouraged although an employee shall not be required to attend such a meeting.

  • Employee Status Reports Each pay period, the Employer will provide the Union a list of all employees in the bargaining units. The electronic list will be sent to WFSE headquarters. The report will contain:
