Study Report. The Optional Interconnection Study report shall provide the following information: (a) sensitivity analysis based on the assumptions specified by Interconnection Customer pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) the IPA Interconnection Facilities and any Network Upgrades, and the estimated cost thereof, that may be required to provide Interconnection Service.

The Feasibility Study report shall provide the following information: (a) a preliminary identification of any circuit breaker short circuit capability limits that may be exceeded as a result of the interconnection; (b) a preliminary identification of any thermal overload or voltage limit violations that may result from the interconnection; and (c) a preliminary description and non-binding estimate of the cost of facilities required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the IPA Switchyard and to address any identified short circuit and power flow issues.
Study Report. The System Impact Study report shall provide the following information: (a) identification of any circuit breaker short circuit capability limits that may be exceeded as a result of the interconnection; (b) identification of any thermal overload or voltage limit violations that may result from the interconnection; and (c) description and non-binding estimate of the cost of facilities (including, at the option of IPA, Network Upgrades) required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the IPA Switchyard and to address any identified short circuit, stability and power flow issues.
Study Report. The Facilities Study report shall provide the following information: (a) a description and estimated costs (consistent with Attachment A) of facilities, work and equipment (including, at the option of IPA, Network Upgrades) necessary to interconnect the Generating Facility to the IPA Switchyard; (b) the configuration of the interconnection equipment; (c) the nature and cost of any IPA Interconnection Facilities associated with the interconnection; and (d) an estimate of the time required to complete the work associated with the interconnection.

Study Report. Within six months of the earlier of Study Completion or termination of this Agreement, Institution will provide Pfizer with a Study Report. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Study Report may take the form of a manuscript for publication. If the Agreement is terminated early, the Study Report should include, at minimum, the results of the Study through the date of Agreement termination.

The System Impact Study report shall provide the following information: (a) identification of any circuit breaker short circuit capability limits that may be exceeded as a result of the interconnection; (b) identification of any thermal overload or voltage limit violations that may result from the interconnection; (c) identification of any instability or inadequately damped response to system disturbances resulting from the interconnection; (d) identification of any magnitude and impacts of harmonics resulting from the interconnection; (e) if required by IPA, identification of any impacts of subsynchronous resonance (SSR) resulting from the interconnection; and (f) description and non-binding estimate of the cost of facilities (including, at the option of IPA, Network Upgrades) required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the IPA Switchyard and to address any identified short circuit, stability and power flow issues.
Study Report. No later than ninety (90) days after the final examination and follow-up review of any patient included within the Study, Principal Investigator will provide CMT with a written report of the Study results (“Study Report”). The Study Report may take the form of a manuscript for publication (see Section 7, Publications). If the Agreement is terminated early, the Study Report shall include, at minimum, the results of the Study up until the date of termination.
