Eligibility for Use of Vacation. 9.17.2.1 A regular classified employee must have served the District six (6) calendar months and be in paid status seventy-five percent (75%) of the working days in each calendar month to be eligible for paid vacation leave.

Eligibility for Use of Vacation. Every probationary and regular employee shall be entitled to a paid vacation leave. Accrual of vacation begins from the date of hire and is to be apportioned on the first (1st) and second (2nd) pay periods of each month.
