Electrical Interconnections. Where there is to be an electrical interconnection of the Project with the electric system of Purchaser, the design and construction with respect to such interconnection and the operating procedures adopted for the Project will not be such so as to jeopardize the electrical operation of the electric system of Purchaser; provided, however, that this provision shall have no application after the interconnection has been established where the jeopardy with respect to the electric system of Purchaser shall be the result of changes made or to be made by Purchaser in its system operation or facilities. The parties hereto shall use their best efforts to cooperate and coordinate their planning and actions so that each such electrical interconnection is operated in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice and the operations of the Project and those of the electric system of Purchaser shall continue to be compatible.

Electrical Interconnections. Supply and install all equipment required to interconnect the solar PV systems to Delmarva Power or Choptank Electric distribution system. The awarded Contractor/Vendor will fulfill all application, studies, and testing procedures to complete the interconnection process. All costs associated with utility interconnection shall be borne by the awarded Contractor/Vendor.
Electrical Interconnections. Supply and install all equipment required to interconnect the solar PV system to the Electrical distribution system. The Supplier will fulfill all applications, studies, and testing to complete the interconnection process for the System. All costs and expenses (including legal expenses) associated with utility interconnection shall be borne by the Supplier with the exclusion of any licensing requirements of the Regulatory Authority.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and ICG, ICG shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, and the Entrance Facility on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from CBB to Verizon, CBB, at CBB’s own expense, shall:

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs.   • Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements.   • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None
