Common use of EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. The Employer agrees to make contributions to the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, Local No. 401 Education and Training Fund of fourteen ($0.14) cents per hour for each hour that the Employer pays dental contributions on as per Article 8.10(a).

EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND. The Employer Company agrees to make contributions contribute three ($0.03) cents per hour to the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, Local No. 401 Education and Training Fund of fourteen Fund. The above contribution is to be paid on the same basis as the Company pays dental contributions. (Increase the contribution rate to four ($0.140.04) cents per hour for each hour that the Employer pays dental contributions on as per Article 8.10(aeffective January 19th, 1992.).

The Employer agrees to make contributions to the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, Local No. 401 Education and Training Fund of fourteen sixteen ($0.140.16) cents per hour for each hour that the Employer pays dental contributions on as per Article 8.10(a). (The above stated contributions shall be rerouted by the Union to maintain the Trusteed Part-Time Health & Welfare Plan).
