(e) Vacation Sample Clauses

(e) Vacation. When a day of vacation is taken, an employee working a 4x10 work schedule will receive the number of hours of pay for the vacation day equal to the number of regularly scheduled hours on the employee’s shift for that day. Except as expressly provided in this section, all provisions of the agreement will apply in the event the Company elects to institute 4x10 work schedules. Any other matters relating to 4x10 work schedules will be subject to mutual agreement by the parties.

(e) Vacation a) Each employee with less than one (I) year seniority will receive of their gross earnings. One (I) year but less than five (5) years seniority, two (2) weeks vacation with of their gross earnings. Five (5) years seniority but less than ten (IO) years seniority, three (3) weeks vacation with of their gross earnings. Greater than ten (I 0) years seniority, four (4) weeks vacation with of their gross earnings.
(e) Vacation. 1 The Hospital will give evety consideration to the employee's preference as to the timing of her vacation. The Hospital must reserve the right to the final decision as to the scheduling of the vacation to meet patient care requirements. Vacation requests will not be unreasonably denied. In the event a vacation request is denied the manager will provide to the employee, in writing, the reasons for the denial. The Hospital will endeavour to schedule vacations as follows:
(e) Vacation. During each fiscal year of the Company, the Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of vacation time and to utilize such vacation as the Executive shall determine; provided however, that the Executive shall evidence reasonable judgment with regard to appropriate vacation scheduling.
(e) Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to such minimum paid vacation time each calendar year to which the Employee is entitled under applicable employment standards legislation. Vacation shall be taken at times mutually agreed to by the Employee and the Company, acting reasonably. Unused vacation will not carry over from one year to the next, except as specifically required by the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000. Given Employee's position, Employee is also eligible for time off under the Company's Paid Time Off Policy, which is a flexible, no accrual program that covers personal time and sick time.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Vacations 13.01 All employees who are regularly scheduled seventy-five (75) hours on a bi- weekly basis shall receive vacations with pay based on length of full-time continuous service as follows:
