No Accrual. An employee on a leave of absence without pay or by reason of an industrial injury/illness will continue to accrue seniority only for the purposes of layoff and recall during such leave. During such leave, vacation and sick leave shall not be accrued.
No Accrual. Employees who test positive in a Drug or Alcohol Test shall not accrue seniority for the time the employee’s license is held in abeyance and the seniority date shall be adjusted accordingly. All employees on leave, except for those on leave associated with a positive drug or alcohol test, shall have the ability to bid while on leave.
No Accrual. Employees who test positive in a Drug or Alcohol Test shall not accrue seniority for the time the employee’s MMC is held in abeyance, and the seniority date shall be adjusted accordingly. Employees who are on leave associated with a positive drug or alcohol test shall not be eligible to bid for positions in the bargaining unit.
No Accrual. No seniority shall accrue for short terms of temporary work except that temporary employees who attain regular status shall have seniority credited from the last date of entry as an employee of the Employer.

Engineer Officers who test positive in a Drug or Alcohol Test shall not accrue seniority for the time the Engineer Officer’s license is held in abeyance and the seniority date shall be adjusted accordingly. All Engineer Officers on leave, except for those on leave associated with a positive drug or alcohol test, shall have the ability to bid while on leave.
No Accrual. Team members may not accrue PTO during unpaid leaves of absence or other periods of inactive service.
No Accrual. Executive leave is not an accrued benefit and unused leave does not carry over from yeartoyear.
No Accrual. Should Xx. Xxxxxxx cease to serve for any reason as a committee member or chairperson as described in the first recital of this Agreement, whether or not Xx. Xxxxxxx remains a member of the Board, Xx. Xxxxxxx shall automatically forfeit in full any and all yet unpaid quarterly payments that otherwise would have become payable by the Company under this Agreement.
No Accrual. Interest shall not accrue on any amount deposited into the Funding (Current Issuer) GIC Account on the day on which it is so deposited unless that amount is deposited into the Funding (Current Issuer) GIC Account by 11.00 a.m. London time on that day.
