Dues or Fees. Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, membership in the Association or compliance with payment of the representation fees shall be a condition of continued employment. The Employer agrees to deduct Association dues or representation fees to become effective the first pay day of the month following the employee's successful completion of six (6) months of employment.

Dues or Fees. All covered employees must, as a condition of employment, for each month after the first during which they are on the payroll, pay to the Union either membership dues or agency fees equal in amount to membership dues.

Dues or Fees. Not later than the thirty-first (31st) day following the beginning of employment, or the effective date of this Agreement, or the execution date of this Agreement, whichever is later, every employee subject to the terms of this Agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain a member of the Union paying the periodic dues and initiation fees uniformly required, or, in the alternative, shall, as a condition of employment, pay a fee in the amount equal to the periodic dues and initiation fees uniformly required as a condition of acquiring or retaining membership, or, if the employee objects to the payment of that agency fee, such employee shall, as a condition of employment pay that portion of the agency fee required by law.
Dues or Fees. With respect to all sums deducted by the Board pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fee, the Board agrees to remit such money to the Association by the 15th of the following month, accompanied by an alphabetical list of teachers for whom such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non- membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.

  • Participation Fees Vendor or vendor assigned dealer Agreements to pay the participation fee for all Agreement sales to TIPS on a monthly scheduled report. Vendor must login to the TIPS database and use the “Submission Report” section to report sales.   • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months.   • LC Fees The Borrower shall pay to the Agent, for the account of the Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares, a letter of credit fee at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Fee Rate for Facility LCs in effect from time to time on the average daily undrawn stated amount under such standby Facility LC, such fee to be payable in arrears on each Payment Date (each such fee described in this sentence an "LC Fee"). The Borrower shall also pay to the LC Issuer for its own account (x) at the time of issuance of each Facility LC, a fronting fee in an amount equal to 0.125% of the stated amount of such Facility LC at the time of issuance, and (y) documentary and processing charges in connection with the issuance or Modification of and draws under Facility LCs in accordance with the LC Issuer's standard schedule for such charges as in effect from time to time.
