  • Participation Fees Vendor or vendor assigned dealer Agreements to pay the participation fee for all Agreement sales to TIPS on a monthly scheduled report.   • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. The Borrower shall also pay to the LC Issuer for its own account (x) at the time of issuance of each Facility LC, a fronting fee in an amount equal to 0.125% of the stated amount of such Facility LC at the time of issuance, and (y) documentary and processing charges in connection with the issuance or Modification of and draws under Facility LCs in accordance with the LC Issuer's standard schedule for such charges as in effect from time to time.
