These will include: - Council issued photo identity badge detailing the Disclosure and Barring Service unique reference and reference to safeguarding training having been carried out - Xxxxxxx Carriage (taxi) or Private Hire badge (photo ID). - Valid insurance document. - Driving Licence.

Drivers and Passenger Assistants. Contractors must ensure all drivers used in the delivery of this contract hold the correct driving licence entitlement and that the licence is in date and the original document. Where appropriate drivers must have a current Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). Contractors must make original licences available for inspection when requested by a Council Officer. Copies are not acceptable. Contractors must provide the name, address and date of birth for all employees used in the delivery of this contract and inform the transport office with the same information for any new employee. Contractors must ensure employees conduct themselves in a professional manor at all times and should not involved socially with people using the service. Employees should not enter into any discussion or debate regarding the service. All queries should be referred to the relevant transport office. Contractors must ensure employees wear identification badges at all times with the name and photograph of the person. The company name should also be visible. Identification badges shall be provided by the Contractor. Contractors must ensure employees are presentable all all times and wear appropriate smart casual dress as well as any identified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contractors are expected to provide continuity of staff whenever possible for the delivery of this contract (Wirral Council logo) Corporate Procurement Unit 12th May 2014 Contracted employees must not use strong or inappropriate language during the delivery of this contract. Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times on board vehicles or on any other Council site to include schools, day centre's etc during the delivery of this contract. Contracted employees must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the delivery of this contract Contracted employees must not accept any gifts or gratuities. It is expected that on some occasions where indicated the Contractor may be asked to provide a Passenger Assistant (P/A). Where PAs are provided by the Council the driver provided by the Contractor is required to give reasonable assistance, whenever necessary, with the supervision of the passengers while the PA is off the vehicle. Contractors should not employ any ex Wirral Council employee who has been dismissed from the Council without permission from a Chief Officer.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
