Drivers. Any and all drivers who drive the Vehicles You are renting/leasing from Us shall be duly licensed, trained and qualified to drive vehicles of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified drivers with whom We are familiar, We do not supply drivers. You must supply and employ any driver who drives Our Vehicles (even if the driver is the registered owner of the vehicle or owner of a company that owns the vehicle) and that driver shall be deemed to be Your employee for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

Drivers. Drivers must meet the following minimum standards: • Must be legally licensed and certified, as appropriate, for the vehicle being operated. • Drivers operating buses shall have a valid Class B license with a P endorsement as well as maintain a valid medical certificate and any other licenses or certificates required by applicable federal, State, or local regulations. • Drivers operating taxicabs must be certified through OCTAP. • Must be in good standing with the DMV and not have more than two (2) moving violations within the thirty-six (36) month period preceding operation of the SNEMT service. • Drivers cannot have a Motor Vehicle Record that contains any two point violation; or has outstanding failure to appear or failure to pay violations. • Must be able to speak, understand, and read English. • Drivers are required to treat all passengers with respect and courtesy.
Drivers. CARRIER agrees to provide properly qualified, trained and licensed drivers and other personnel to perform the transportation and related services under this Agreement and each transportation schedule in a safe, efficient and economical manner. CARRIER’s personnel are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, and shall ascertain and comply with all of Customer’s facility rules and regulations while on Customer’s premises.

Drivers. The Employer shall implement procedures designed to ensure pri- vacy for all employees when using facilities in UPS buildings with fifteen (15) or fewer drivers. Such toilet facilities will be equipped with proper ventilation devic- es and shall be heated as climatic conditions shall warrant. The Employer agrees to provide lockers for those employees who are required to change into a uniform or take a lunch period. All other employees will be provided a suitable area for keeping per- xxxxx items and clothes. Assigned lockers will not be opened by the Employer unless either the employee or a Union representative is present. Where the Employer and the Union agree that the local water is not suitable for drinking, the Employer will provide bottled drinking water.
