Operators Licence and Permissions. Contractor Operators must hold an appropriate Operators Licence for all relevant classifications issued either by the North West Traffic Commissioner or issued under a Community Bus Permit Scheme will all costs being the operator's responsibility. Operators carrying 8 or less passengers should hold the necessary Xxxxxxx or Private Hire Licence issued by Wirral Council with all costs being the responsibility of the operator. Operators of Public Service Vehicle Licence (PSV) should ensure all licences and permissions are valid at times of operation under the relevant classification as required by Section 12 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 and documents are made available for inspection by Wirral Council. Operators of a Community Bus Permit issued under a Section19 of the Transport Xxx 0000 should ensure all licences and permissions are valid at times of operation and documents made available for inspection by Wirral Council. If the Contractor observes that the drawings or specifications are at variance with any such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, he shall promptly notify the Owner in writing, and any necessary changes shall be adjusted as provided in the Contract for changes in the Work. If the Contractor performs any Work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations without such notice to the Owner, he shall bear all costs arising therefrom. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to impose design responsibility on the Contractor except as noted in the Contract Documents.
