Lost Property i. We cannot accept responsibility for any items you leave behind in the property after your holiday, but if you contact My Holiday Marketing Ltd they will notify us and we will endeavour to locate the lost item(s).
Lost Property a. The Company accepts no liability for lost property whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any damage to that property.
Lost Property. Landlord will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property, equipment, money or jewelry from the Premises or public rooms regardless of whether such loss occurs when the item is locked against entry.

If at any time, Supplier becomes aware that it has misplaced or cannot locate Furnished Property, Supplier shall notify Flyer, and shall have five (5) days to search for the misplaced item. After such period, the property shall be deemed “lost” and Supplier shall reimburse Flyer, upon Flyer’s demand, for its full replacement cost. The search period begins either: (i) upon Supplier’s notification to Flyer of a misplaced item; or (ii) five (5) days after the date designated by Flyer to transfer and/or account for such Furnished Property and Supplier has not fully complied with the transfer and/or accounting.
Lost Property. Any property left after departure will be returned where possible on condition that the cost of postage/carriage is met by you, for example by arranging a courier collection or by providing stamps/postage labels to the appropriate value. Otherwise, items will be held for three months for collection then disposed of or donated to a local charity shop.

It shall be the duty of the driver of a vehicle for hire to carefully search such vehicle for hire immediately after the termination of each trip event for any property lost or left therein; and any such property shall be secured and recorded by the driver and placed in a secure location. Every attempt to locate and return the property to its owner shall be made. Unless sooner claimed by the owner, all property shall be kept for a minimum of 90 days before it is disposed of.
Lost Property. The Franchisee shall comply with any code of practice issued by ATOC from time to time in respect of the handling of lost property.

Lost Property. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. If you believe you have left any item at a Property, you should contact the Property directly who will advise if they have found your lost property. Any property left by you at the Property shall be at your sole risk.
Lost Property. 14.1. Valuables and clothing may only be deposited at the Facilities at the owner’s entire risk and the YMCA will not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to any property or articles thus deposited by the Hirer or any other person howsoever caused. The YMCA reserves the right to dispose, as it thinks fit, of any property left on the premises, if such property is not claimed within one month of discovery.
