Doba trvání. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of the last named party signature. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Section 8, this Agreement shall remain in effect until the final Study documentation required to be provided under the Protocol is received and accepted by PSI and the Sponsor, and PSI has performed a closeout visit at the Institution. If this Agreement is terminated prematurely, the Institution and the Investigator shall use its best efforts to minimize further costs while maintaining good medical care of the Study Subjects.
Doba trvání. This AGREEMENT shall be effective as of the EFFECTIVE DATE and shall continue until close-out of the STUDY site and completion of all obligations herein, including receipt by the SPONSOR of all ENROLLED SUBJECT data and any corresponding queries in a form acceptable to SPONSOR and/or CRO, or until termination pursuant to Article 9. Tato SMLOUVA nabývá účinnosti DATEM ÚČINNOSTI a bude trvat až do uzavření centra STUDIE a splnění všech závazků včetně toho, že ZADAVATEL obdrží veškerá data o ZAŘAZENÝCH SUBJEKTECH a veškeré odpovídající námitky ve formě přijatelné pro ZADAVATELE a/nebo CRO nebo až do ukončení podle článku 9.
Doba trvání. Tato smlouva nabývá platnosti k datu, kdy svůj podpis připojila poslední ze všech jejích smluvních stran („datum platnosti“) a účinnosti datem uveřejnění v Registru smluv. Smlouva zůstává v plné platnosti a účinnosti až do dne, kdy: (a) Zadavatel obdržel všechny vyplněné formuláře pro záznamy o subjektech; (b) Místo klinického hodnocení a/nebo Hlavní zkoušející zodpověděl/o veškeré dotazy ohledně údajů a předložil/o ukončovací zprávy EK a Zadavateli (podle toho, co v dané situaci odpovídá); (c) byly realizovány ukončovací činnosti; a (d) CRO provedla veškeré úhrady plateb splatných Místu klinického hodnocení nebo obdržela jakékoli náhrady za platby provedené Místu klinického hodnocení, na které však Místo klinického hodnocení nemělo na základě této Smlouvy nárok, podle toho, co se vztahuje.
Doba trvání. This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall expire upon the latest of: (a) completion of the Study; (b) PSI's receipt and acceptance of the Study Data and documentation as provided in the Protocol; or (c) PSI's payment of the fees contemplated to be paid under Article 2 of this Agreement. Tato Smlouva začíná platit k Datu účinnosti a končí tehdy, kdy nastane nejpozdější z následujících situací: (a) dokončení Studie; (b) obdržení a akceptace Studijních údajů a dokumentace PSI dle Protokolu a (c) zaplacení všech poplatků PSI, které mají být zaplaceny dle Článku 2 této Smlouvy.

Termination by PSI 8.2 Ukončení ze strany PSI PSI, in consultation with the Sponsor, may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect (i) if the Institution breaches this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of written notice; (ii) if PSI or the Sponsor in good faith believe the Study Drug or continuation of the Study presents an unreasonable medical risk to the Study subjects or if there are efficacy or safety concerns; (iii) if the Study is suspended or not initiated at the Institution for any reason; or (iv) if the agreement between the Sponsor and PSI regarding the Study is terminated. No indemnity of whatever sort shall be due by PSI or Sponsor as a consequence of such early termination. PSI shall pay for the work actually performed at the date of notice of termination. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the completion of the Study, the Institution will be given any necessary instructions concerning final examinations and final reporting that are required under the circumstances, and the Institution will comply with such instructions. PSI smí po dohodě se Zadavatelem ukončit tuto Xxxxxxx s okamžitou platností, (i) pokud Zdravotnické zařízení poruší tuto Smlouvu a nezjedná nápravu do třiceti (30) kalendářních dnů od obdržení písemného upozornění, (ii) pokud se PSI nebo Zadavatel budou v dobré víře domnívat, že Studijní lék nebo pokračování ve Studii představuje nepřiměřené zdravotní riziko pro Subjekty hodnocení, nebo pokud budou mít obavy ohledně účinnosti či bezpečnosti Studijního léku, (iii) pokud bude Studie z jakéhokoli důvodu ve Zdravotnickém zařízení přerušena, nebo nebude zahájena, nebo (iv) pokud dojde k ukončení Smlouvy týkající se Studie uzavřené mezi PSI a Zadavatelem.
