Final Examinations. Faculty will schedule final examinations for courses during the final exam week; exceptions to be approved by the Division Chair and Xxxx. An examination is considered to be final if it counts for a greater percentage of the total course grade than any other scheduled examination or project or is the sole exam issued in a class. Faculty members may hold examinations during the last week of instruction if such examinations count for no greater percentage of the total course grade than any other scheduled examination or project. Faculty members who do not hold final examinations shall use the times scheduled for such examinations for activities that are reasonably related to pedagogical purposes in the affected course.

Final Examinations. Final examinations will be given in all courses at the end of each semester, short course, or summer session. Dates and times are listed in the schedule of classes and on the Cuesta College web site.

If no final examinations are to be required in a given course, faculty are required to meet their regular class schedule during the final week of instruction.
Final Examinations. In every class taught, all faculty shall give a final examina- tion, i.e., some form of comprehensive evaluative academic exercise appropriate to the course content and according to the published schedule of examinations, during the last week of the semester (which shall be set aside for final examinations), or at or near the scheduled conclusion of the session. The final evaluative exercise may be distributed before the time scheduled for the final exam providing that it is due and collected on the day during the final week of the semester on which the final exam has been scheduled. Exceptions to the requirement of scheduling a final examination (or other appropriate evaluative activity) may be granted, in writing, at the discretion of the appropriate chair and xxxx, upon request from the faculty member.
Final Examinations. Final Examinations for Grades 5 through 8 are a routine part of our student evaluation procedures. All students are provided adequate notification of the timing of such examinations, should anticipate their arrival, and plan their studying accordingly. Promotion Students must complete all academic requirements satisfactorily. It is essential that parents complete financial responsibilities in full, prior to closing exercises in June.

Final Examinations. A. Final examinations may be required. The school principal, the guidance department and the teaching staff shall cooperatively determine the subject areas in which final examinations will be given, the "weight" of the exam, and the schedule for giving exams, subject to the final approval of the Superintendent or his delegate.

  • Field Examinations At the Administrative Agent’s sole option, the Administrative Agent shall have completed its field examinations of the Borrower’s books and records, assets, and operations which examinations will be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. All deficiencies which have been asserted against such Persons as a result of any federal, state, local or foreign tax examination for each taxable year in respect of which an examination has been conducted have been fully paid or finally settled or are being contested in good faith, and no issue has been raised in any such examination which, by application of similar principles, reasonably can be expected to result in assertion of a material deficiency for any other year not so examined which has not been reserved for in the financial statements of such Persons to the extent, if any, required by GAAP. No such Person has taken any reporting positions for which it does not have a reasonable basis nor anticipates any further material tax liability with respect to the years which have not been closed pursuant to applicable law.

  • Field Examination The Administrative Agent or its designee shall have conducted a field examination of the Loan Parties’ Accounts, Inventory and related working capital matters and of the Borrower’s related data processing and other systems, the results of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
