Data and Documentation definition

Data and Documentation means that data and documentation to be supplied by Contractor pursuant to the requirements of Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Data and Documentation

Data and Documentation means that data and documentation to be supplied by the Contractor to ORION pursuant to the requirements of Part 2(A) (Statement of Work) and as specified in Part 2(B) (ORION 2 Contract Documentation Requirements List).

Data and Documentation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.
