Development and Education. 33. You will have a nominated educational supervisor within the Practice who will be responsible for your educational and clinical development and who will provide you with protected support and development time (fortnightly or monthly as agreed with you). Applicants are encouraged to include building local training capacity to support the delivery of ECD/E training. FHI 360 is aware that effective ECD/E training modules have been developed and are in use in Swaziland, and therefore does not anticipate that applicants would devote resources to developing new training materials. Applicants are requested to identify and describe the training materials that will be used. ECD materials should include health, nutrition and sanitation; physical and cognitive development; and behavior and discipline. Training recipients will include NCP caregivers, pre-school teachers, and parents or other caregivers. Applicants are requested to include in their application approaches to identifying parents and caregivers who would qualify for ECD/E training. Savings Groups Objective: improve the access to and utility of savings group membership for community members. Development and Education. Upon Licensee’s reasonable request, Licensor agrees to provide reasonable support for the Licensee’s development and educational efforts with respect to the Licensee Products including, but not limited to, the following: (i) Licensor shall provide Licensee, upon request but subject to any agreements of confidentiality with respect thereto, copies of the results of any marketing research conducted by or on behalf of Licensor with respect to the Product(s); and (ii) Licensor shall respond in a timely fashion to any reasonable requests for information by Licensee regarding the Product.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Development and Commercialization Subject to Sections 4.6 and 4.7, Fibrocell shall be solely responsible for the development and Commercialization of Fibrocell Products and Improved Products. Fibrocell shall be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with the Fibroblast Program except that Intrexon shall be responsible for the following: (a) costs of establishing manufacturing capabilities and facilities in connection with Intrexon’s manufacturing obligation under Section 4.6 (provided, however, that Intrexon may include an allocable portion of such costs, through depreciation and amortization, when calculating the Fully Loaded Cost of manufacturing a Fibrocell Product, to the extent such allocation, depreciation, and amortization is permitted by US GAAP, it being recognized that the majority of non-facilities scale-up costs cannot be capitalized and amortized under US GAAP); (b) costs of basic research with respect to the Intrexon Channel Technology and Intrexon Materials (i.e., platform improvements) but, for clarity, excluding research described in Section 4.7 or research requested by the JSC for the development of a Fibrocell Product or an Improved Product (which research costs shall be reimbursed by Fibrocell); (c) [*****]; and (d) costs of filing, prosecution and maintenance of Intrexon Patents. The costs encompassed within subsection (a) above shall include the scale-up of Intrexon Materials and related active pharmaceutical ingredients for clinical trials and Commercialization of Fibrocell Products undertaken pursuant to Section 4.6, which shall be at Intrexon’s cost whether it elects to conduct such efforts internally or through Third Party contractors retained by either Intrexon or Fibrocell (with Intrexon’s consent).

  • Collaboration Management Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint a person who will oversee day-to-day contact between the Parties for all matters related to the management of the Collaboration Activities in between meetings of the JSC and will have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date. One person will be designated by Merck (the “Merck Program Director”) and one person will be designated by Moderna (the “Moderna Program Director,”) together will be the “Program Directors”. Each Party may replace its Program Director at any time by notice in writing to the other Party.   • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Development 3.3 Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.

  • Development of Products (a) During the term of this Agreement, ViewRay may from time to time seek services from PEKO with respect to the development of certain Products that can be incorporated into the ViewRay Renaissance™ MRI-guided radiation therapy system. For each Program to be undertaken by PEKO pursuant to this Agreement, the parties will prepare a “Work Statement” and agree to said “Work Statement” in substantially the form attached as Attachment 1. Each Work Statement will describe: (i) the (i) services that PEKO will be responsible for providing to ViewRay and the deliverables that PEKO will be responsible for delivering to ViewRay (“Deliverable(s)”), (ii) delivery schedule for the Deliverables, (iii) pricing terms, (iv) work plan for the Program, and (v) ViewRay’s responsibilities in connection with the Program. Each Work Statement will be prepared based upon the requirements and information provided to PEKO by ViewRay. A separate Work Statement will be required for each Program; and each Work Statement will become subject to this Agreement only when mutually agreed and signed by ViewRay and PEKO.
