Licensee Products means those certain products listed in Exhibit D (Licensee Products, Royalties and Fees) developed by Licensee which contain the PS Product Software, in whole or in part, as the primary operating system and which are combined with Licensee’s added value as described on Exhibit D (Licensee Products, Royalties and Fees).

Licensee Products means those software products of Licensee, if any, that incorporate the Licensed Software.

More Definitions of Licensee Products

Licensee Products means any and all hardware and/or software items and any and all services that are designed, manufactured, distributed, sublicensed or sold by Licensee that integrate the Licensed Technology.

Licensee Products means those Licensee products which incorporate the Licensed Software and which are further described on Schedule B attached to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties. Licensee may add products which are substantially similar or within the existing product family, to the products listed on Schedule B without Licensor's consent as long as there is no change in control of Licensee.

Licensee Products means software products owned or licensed by Licensee, but not including Licensor Software.

Licensee Products means any products independently developed, manufactured, used or sold by Licensee that incorporate any portion of the Technology and/or are produced, manufactured or dispensed using any portion of the Process or any derivative works of the Technology or the Process, whether independently or bundled with any other products.

Licensee Products means Licensee's hardware and/or software products as set forth in Exhibit A which add substantial value to the Products.
