Change in Number. The number of Managers may be increased or decreased from time to time by written resolution of the Member. The designation in writing of a lesser or greater number of Managers than the number fixed in this Agreement or last fixed by resolution of the Member shall be deemed to decrease or increase automatically the number of Managers to the number designated.
Change in Number. No decrease in the number of directors constituting the entire Board of Directors shall have the effect of shortening the term of any incumbent director.

The number of members of the Board of Managers may be decreased (but not below the aggregate number of members of the Board of Managers that BH/RE and Starwood are entitled to appoint pursuant to Section 7.02(a)) or increased from time to time by vote of the Board of Managers. Change in Number. The number of Governing Persons may be increased or decreased from time to time by amendment to this Agreement only with the vote of a Majority of all the Members, but no decrease shall have the effect of shortening the term of any incumbent Governing Person. Any Governing Person’s position to be filled by reason of an increase in the number of Governing Persons shall be filled by election of a Majority of the Members.
Change in Number. The number of executive committee members may be increased or decreased from time to time by resolution adopted by a majority of the board of directors.
