Change Communication definition

Change Communication any Operational Change Request, Operational Change Confirmation, Change Request, Impact Assessment, Change Authorisation Note or other communication sent or required to be sent pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.

Examples of Change Communication in a sentence

  • For any Change Communication to be valid under this Schedule, it must be sent to either the Purchaser's Change Manager or the Service Provider's Change Manager, as applicable.

  • The provisions of clause 9 (Notices) shall apply to a Change Communication as if it were a notice.

  • The provisions of Clause 44 (Notices) shall apply to a Change Communication as if it were a notice.

  • A Party making a Change Communication shall be responsible for its own costs and the reasonable and actual costs incurred by the other Party directly related to the evaluation and preparation of a Change Communication or with respect to any response thereto, including the costs incurred in conducting any investigations required in connection therewith.

  • For any Change Communication to be valid under this Schedule, it must be sent to either the Authority Change Manager or the Supplier Change Manager, as applicable.
