DEDUCTION OF DUES, ETC. (a) The Union shall each month mail to the Employer a checkoff form, in duplicate, setting out the name of each employee in the Union and the amounts of dues, etc. they owe. The Employer shall delete any names from such list of employees who have terminated since the previous list and shall also add the names of any new employees.
DEDUCTION OF DUES, ETC. (a) The Union shall submit a checkoff in duplicate at the start of each month. The Employer shall deduct the amounts shown thereon, as well as the deductions dealt with in Section (b) herein, and shall remit along with one (1) copy of the checkoff, to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union, not later than the tenth (10th) day of the following month.
DEDUCTION OF DUES, ETC. All employees referred to above will be required to sign authorization for checkoff of Union dues and levies which may be levied by the Union in accordance with the Constitution and/or By-Laws. Such checkoff shall be irrevocable during the term of this Agreement. The Employer shall deduct and pay over to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union, any monthly dues and levies, levied in accordance with the Union's By-Laws, owing by said employees hereunder to the said Union. Monies deducted during any month shall be forwarded by the Employer to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the tenth (10th) day of each month and shall be accompanied by a written statement of the names of the employees (and whether they are regular, full time, casual, or part time) for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction.
DEDUCTION OF DUES, ETC. 4.01 Each of the employees covered by this Agreement hereby authorizes the Employer to deduct and pay over to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union any monthly dues, fines or assessments levied in accordance with the Union's by-laws, owing by him or her hereunder to the said Union, or as are authorized by regular and proper vote of the membership of the Union. Monies shall be deducted in accordance with the written statement supplied in duplicate by the Union which shall show the total amount owing by each employee and the names of the employees for whom the deductions are to be made. Deductions of any monies owing shall also be made from any employees in the month in which they terminate. Monies deducted shall be forwarded by the Employer to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the 10th day of the following month and shall be accompanied by a copy of the written statement supplied by the Union.
DEDUCTION OF DUES, ETC. (a) The Employer shall deduct and remit to the Financial Secretary of the Union any monthly dues and levies as notified by the Union in accordance with its By-Laws and Constitutions.

(a) The Employer shall by the tenth (10th) day of each month mail to the Union, a list containing the names of all employees who have left their employ since the previous checkoff was remitted in addition to the names of all new employees hired during the preceding checkoff month. The Union shall then immediately send the Employer a current checkoff list based on that information supplied by the Employer. The Employer shall then deduct and remit the amount thereon.
