Customer Furnished Equipment. The following paragraphs identify Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE) which are also summarized in Attachment 2.

Customer Furnished Equipment. Describe how your proposal complies with the requirements defined in this Section: Refer to Section 3.2.5, 3.2.8, 3.3.1.iv and 3.6 for details on how BBA will route and connect the supplied instrumentation lead outs. BBA will install the mount isolator elastomeric pads IAW ICD requirements provided by CVUT. BBA will work with CVUT to ensure that isolator to engine mount installation requirements are understood.

Customer Furnished Equipment. Verizon will provide Deployment services for approved Managed Devices that were originally furnished by the Customer. Such Managed Devices shall also be treated as a System for that purpose.
Customer Furnished Equipment. If the System is Customer-owned, as reflected above and the Company has not agreed to service and maintain, the Customer shall have the sole responsibility for the operation of its equipment. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the Customer’s System except to the extent contained in a System Purchase Order between the parties. The Customer shall furnish and maintain, at the Customer’s sole expense, all equipment necessary for the connection of Customer-furnished equipment, including, but not limited to any computer equipment, firmware or software, cash registers, or automatic teller machines, to the System. The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any modification, failure, defect, or malfunction of Customer-furnished equipment. The Company has the right to terminate service, without liability or penalty, in the event Customer-furnished equipment is not in good operating condition. Further, the Company assumes no responsibility for any failure of the System due to modification, upgrades and/or changes to Customer-furnished equipment and has the right to charge the Customer for necessary repairs and/or charges required to remedy such failure, or terminate service without liability or penalty.
Customer Furnished Equipment. All equipment or material furnished by Xxxxx shall, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, be the property of Xxxxx. Buyer hereby represents and warrants that the Customer Furnished Equipment (CFE) will be fit for the purposes Buyer intends, meet all applicable requirements, and will be delivered to Seller in a timely manner. BUYER shall be responsible for schedule delay caused by the incompleteness, late delivery or non-delivery of the CFE. Seller will not use such equipment or material in any of its business except its business with Buyer under this or other purchase orders. Seller shall take all reasonable precautions during the progress of the Purchase order to protect all CFE from loss or damage.
