Late Delivery definition

Late Delivery has the meaning specified in Section 5.5;
Late Delivery has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7.
Late Delivery occurs when the Actual Delivery Date for Final Version takes place later than at the Agreed Date for Approval.

Examples of Late Delivery in a sentence
