Event Customer definition

Event Customer means a customer who requires Equipment for a fixed short term period for a party, festival or similar event with a pre-determined dismantle and removal date.

  • In the event AppGate is unable to deliver a Service as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Customer shall not be obligated to pay AppGate for the affected Service for so long as AppGate is unable to deliver such affected Service as a result of the Force Majeure Event.
