Right to Terminate Service. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create a contract of employment (or service) or give Grantee a right to continue in the employ (or service) of the Company or any Subsidiary, or restrict the right of the Grantee to terminate his employment at any time or the Company or a Subsidiary to terminate the employment (or service) of Grantee at any time.

Suspension or termination of a User’s account may also result in the suspension or termination of all other accounts registered (a) in the name of the User whose account has been suspended or terminated, (b) to members of the same household as the User whose account has been suspended or terminated and (c) to computers or Users sharing a physical or IP address with the User whose account has been suspended or terminated. A User whose account or access privileges have been blocked or suspended may not create a new account, access Website using an account belonging to another User or otherwise use or access AussieHomeschool while the User’s privileges remain blocked or suspended. A User whose account or access privileges have been terminated may not create a new account or access or use AussieHomeschool in any manner. User understands and agrees that rights reserved by or belonging to ADMIN STAFF and AussieHomeschool may be exercised at any time with or without cause or prior notice and that those rights include full deactivation or deletion of Website Content, including without limitation Material created, provided, uploaded, linked or posted by User. ADMIN STAFF and AussieHomeschool have no responsibility to provide User with copies of any suspended, deleted, blocked, terminated or eliminated Website Content.

A prior notice with reasonable time will be provided to customer before terminating his/her services. 3.3 The customer shall be the sole responsible for using the service only for Lawful and appropriate purposes. 3.4 Customer shall not use the service provided by BSNL for any unlawful or illegal purposes of immoral, improper or abusive purpose or for sending obscene, indecent, threatening, harassing, unsolicited messages, or messages affecting / infringing national interest nor create any damage or risk to BSNL or its network and / or other matters. BSNL reserves the right to disconnect service, without liability, if any, at its sole discretion on any such event. 3.5 BSNL reserves the right to terminate the service to any customer in case there is sufficient evidence of the customer intentionally or unintentionally using the service in the manner which would adversely impact BSNL or BSNL's Network. 4
Right to Terminate Service. At any time, the Board of Directors may vote to appoint a successor Chairman of the Board of Directors. . In addition, Director may resign as Chairman by providing written notice of such resignation to the Chief Executive Officer, Secretary or Board of Directors of the Company. Director may be removed from his service as a director of the Company in accordance with the terms of the Bylaws or as provided in the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation and applicable law.

The Authority shall have the right to terminate service to any Member for non-payment of the Authority’s rates, fees, tolls or charges, for any other violation of this Member Agreement, or for any other violation of the Authority’s rules and regulations concerning the Operation of the Water Treatment Facilities and/or the delivery of raw water to and delivery of treated water from the Water Treatment Facilities. Shut off shall occur no sooner than 7 days after delivery of written notice to Member, and only if to the Authority’s reasonable satisfaction, the violation is not cured or diligent action taken to cure the violation within a reasonable period of time as deemed by the Authority. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Member Agreement to the contrary, the Authority shall not be required to give prior notice of any shut-off necessitated by an emergency as determined by the Authority. The Authority shall give any Member notice of such emergency shut-off concurrent with the shut-off or as soon as is reasonably practical following such emergency shut-off.
Right to Terminate Service. In addition to any other remedies available to Landlord under this Lease, in the event of any default by Tenant under this Lease, Landlord shall be allowed to immediately cease providing or paying for any or all of the services provided for herein, however, Tenant shall be allowed to correct any default within a reasonable time prior to Landlord discontinuing providing utilities.
