CSEA Release Time. 10 The District shall grant twenty-four (24) hours of paid release time each school year 11 to CSEA Chapter 519 for the purpose of conducting Chapter business. Any grant 12 of paid release time under this subsection shall be conditioned upon no less than 13 two (2) working days' notice to the Human Resources Department of the date(s) and 14 time(s) requested.

CSEA Release Time. At the beginning of every fiscal year, CSEA shall be credited with thirty (30) noncumulative days to be used for CSEA-related purposes during that school year. CSEA shall notify the Superintendent or designee in writing no less than forty-eight (48) hours before the date of intended use of said leave.
CSEA Release Time. 6.1 CSEA representatives will exclusively receive time off from duties for the processing of grievances past the informal level of the grievance procedure, Article 7 herein, for CSEA members who are designated as CSEA representatives, subject to the following conditions:

  • Release Time A. The Employer will approve paid release time for a reasonable number of employee representatives who are scheduled to work during the time negotiations are being conducted, provided the absence of the employee will not interfere with the operating needs of the University. The Employer will approve compensatory time, vacation leave or leave without pay for additional employee representatives provided the absence of the employee will not interfere with the operating needs of the University.

  • Union Release Time The appointing authority may grant to elected officers or appointed representatives of the Union time off for employee organization representation activities.
