Release of Releasees. (1) Upon the Effective Date, subject to Section 6.3, and in consideration of payment of the Settlement Amount and for other valuable consideration set forth in the Settlement Agreement, the Releasors forever and absolutely release and forever discharge the Releasees from the Released Claims that any of them, whether directly, indirectly, derivatively, or in any other capacity, ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall, or may have.
Release of Releasees. (1) The obligations incurred pursuant to this Settlement Agreement shall be in full and final disposition of: (i) the Proceedings against the Settling Defendants; and (ii) any and all Released Claims as against all Released Parties.

As of the Effective Date, provided that the Settlement Amount has been deposited into the Escrow Account, the Releasors in exchange for and in consideration of the foregoing, and inasmuch as the terms and conditions of the Settlement are approved by the Court, forever and absolutely release the Releasees from the Released Claims.

(1) Upon the Effective Date, subject to subsection 7.2, in consideration of payment of the Electrolytic and Film Settlement Amounts, as applicable, whether or not any individual Electrolytic and/or Film Releasor collects such payment, and for other valuable consideration set forth in this Settlement Agreement, the Electrolytic and Film Releasors forever and absolutely respectively release and forever discharge the Releasees from the Released Electrolytic Claims and the Released Film Claims.

(1) Upon the Effective Date, subject to subsection 7.2, in consideration of payment of the Settlement Amount, the without costs dismissal or settlement out of court of the Proceedings, and for other valuable consideration set forth in this Settlement Agreement, the Electrolytic Releasors forever and absolutely release and forever discharge the Releasees from the Released Electrolytic Claims.
Release of Releasees. As of the Effective Date and after the Settlement Amount has been deposited into the Escrow Account, the Releasors forever and absolutely release the Releasees from the Released Claims.
Release of Releasees. Except in the case of the termination of this Settlement Agreement, and conditional upon the approval of this Settlement Agreement by the Court, as at the Effective Date, the Releasors immediately, forever and absolutely release the Releasees from the Released Claims. The Plaintiff acknowledges that she may thereafter discover facts in addition to, or different from, the facts which she knows or believes to be true regarding the Released Claims, and it is her intention to release fully, finally and forever all Released Claims and, in furtherance of such intention, this release by all of the Releasors shall be and shall remain in effect notwithstanding the discovery or existence of new or different facts.
