Court Compensation. The Commission shall reimburse the Court for the use of Court resources to support the traffic violator administration services provided by the Commission in Court locations as described at the rates and for the items as set forth in Schedule B attached hereto, as that Schedule may be amended from time to time. If there are any other reasonable and necessary costs that are not specified in Schedule B, the Court shall notify the Commission in writing. If the Contract Administrator and Commission Contract Representative mutually agree in writing that the costs are appropriate and on-going, then the costs will be added to the quarterly invoices submitted to the Commission. The Court shall submit detailed invoices to the Commission on a quarterly basis. Payment shall be made by the Commission within thirty (30) days following receipt and approval of the claim for reimbursement. Payment shall be mailed to: Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Revenue Management, 000 X. Xxxx Street, Room 119-A, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
Court Compensation. An employee required to appear in court other than during said employee's scheduled work time shall be compensated the greater of actual time required or three (3) hours, at the appropriate overtime rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his/her regular rate of pay.
