Examples of Consultant Compensation in a sentence

  • The State shall compensate the Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement as provided in attached Exhibit B, Consultant Compensation.

  • The Consultant’s total compensation for Basic Services shall be the dollar amount listed in the preamble to this Agreement, immediately before Article 1, and enumerated in Exhibit B, Consultant Compensation.

  • Progress payments shall be made in accordance with EXHIBIT B, Consultant Compensation.

  • This Agreement, for all purposes, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York (except, to the extent related to the provisions regarding Consultant Compensation Shares in Section 2 hereof, the laws of the state of Delaware), without regard to conflicts of law principles.

  • The Company shall not withhold any taxes from any of the Consultant Compensation paid to Executive.

  • The Consultant Compensation shall be Executive’s agreed fee for performing the Consultant Services, and shall be payable even if Executive does not actually perform any Consulting Services for that month.
