Claim for Reimbursement means a claim made by:
Claim for Reimbursement means the timely submission of the required form and proof in which a Settlement Class Member seeks to claim the reimbursement available under this Settlement Agreement.
Claim for Reimbursement means the claim submitted to the department monthly by a Sponsor for reimbursement for meals served under Child Nutrition Programs.

  • Reporting and Recordkeeping – Reports are submitted to the State Agency as required and maintained with all program records for a period of three years after the submission of the final Claim for Reimbursement for the fiscal year.

Claim for Reimbursement means the timely submission of the required fully completed Claim Form, together with all required Proof of Ownership documents (as defined in section 2.41 of the Settlement Agreement), Proof of Repair Expense documents (as defined in section 2.42 of this Settlement Agreement), and Proof of Adherence to the Vehicle’s Maintenance Schedule (as defined in section 2.40 of the Settlement Agreement) to the Claims Administrator on or before the Claims Period Deadline.

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Claim Expenses means reasonable documented attorneys’ fees and all other reasonable documented out-of-pocket costs, expenses and obligations (including experts’ fees, travel expenses, court costs, retainers, transcript fees, duplicating, printing and binding costs, as well as telecommunications, postage and courier charges) paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending, being a witness in or participating in (including on appeal), or preparing to investigate, defend, be a witness in or participate in, any Claim, including any Action relating to a claim for indemnification or advancement brought by an Indemnified Party as contemplated in Section 7.5.

  • Indemnification Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).

  • Litigation Costs means all reasonable costs, charges, expenses, including attorneys', accountants' and expert witnesses' fees, and obligations paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending (including affirmative defenses and counterclaims), obtaining or attempting to obtain a settlement, being a witness in, or participating in or preparing to defend, be a witness in, or participate in, any Proceeding and any appeal therefrom and the cost of appeal, attachment and similar bonds.

  • Product Liability Claim means a Claim of a Third Party (other than a Claim arising out of use of the Product in a clinical trial) that (i) arises as a result of the use of the Product during the Term that results in personal injury or death or (ii) is in anticipation of or intended to prevent or forestall personal injury or death as a result of the use of the Product during the Term.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Litigation Expenses means costs and expenses incurred in connection with commencing, prosecuting and settling the Action (which may include the costs and expenses of Plaintiffs directly related to their representation of the Settlement Class), for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund.
