Contract management and governance. Contract management will be carried out overall by THE AUTHORITY however at local level THE CUSTOMER may include, but shall not be limited to, any or all of the following subject areas: • agreeing Service Levels where they differ from published levels • agreeing final Service scope via further competition • agreeing pricing via further competition • agreeing ‘go live’ date • reviewing operations and Services • assessing benefits derived • providing service improvement plans, where appropriate • identifying future opportunitiescomplying with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Contract management and governance. 5.17 The Contractor should be able to commence work immediately upon appointment. Prior to being appointed, negotiations between the Contractor and the Authority may take place to confirm the exact scope of the work. Thereafter, the Contractor will be expected to progress the work in order to deliver the work to the timescales set out above. The timescales for delivering revised outputs will be agreed with the Contractor after the Authority has received comments from the peer review process.
