Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Contract shall be notified in the first instance to the Contract Managers of the Parties who will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiations.
Where the dispute cannot be resolved by the Contract Managers of the Parties within one month or such other period as is agreed between the Parties in writing, either Party may refer the dispute to senior representatives of the Department and/or the Contractor for further negotiations.
Any other amendment or variation to the Contract shall be valid once agreed in writing by both Contract Managers of the Parties.
The Contract Managers designated below shall administer this Agreement.
If initiated by ACBHD, ACBHD Program and Fiscal Contract Managers shall provide written notice to Contractor at least 30 calendar days prior to termination.
