Content of materials. In the state of Texas, we use the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for our standards; state law prohibits Texas public schools from using the Common Core Standards. Because of this, please reference only the TEKS in your presentation and handouts. The display, promotion, or distribution of products, services, or materials that refer to the Common Core Standards is strictly prohibited. Cancellation/Termination of Agreement. Vendor will receive an e-mail from Region 4 upon submission of the reservation packet indicating whether Vendor 1) needs to submit additional information and/or payment; 2) was assigned an exhibit virtual space; or 3) was placed on the waiting list. Region 4 will refund payment received from vendors who do not receive an exhibit space. If Vendor reserves exhibition space(s) but is unable to participate, Vendor must contact Region 4 no later than January 18, 2021. Upon receipt of written intent to cancel/terminate this agreement, the same shall be done, and a refund of exhibit fees will be issued. Exhibit fees will not be refunded if notice is received after January 18, 2021. If Region 4 cancels the Virtual Event in its entirety, Region 4 will refund all fees paid.

  • Storage of Materials Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.

  • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.

  • Quality of Materials and Workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.

  • Return of Materials Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, or upon written request of the Company, the Recipient shall promptly return to the Company all documents and other tangible materials representing the Company’s Confidential Information and all copies thereof. The Company shall notify immediately the Recipient upon discovery of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information.

  • Use of Material The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.

  • Filing of Materials All records related to a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the employees.

  • Removal of Equipment and Materials Within 30 days after completion of the requirements of this contract, PURCHASER shall remove from the areas of operations, and other property owned or controlled by STATE, all equipment, materials, and other property PURCHASER has placed or caused to be placed thereon that is not to become the property of STATE. It is agreed that any such equipment, materials, and other property that are not removed within 30 days, shall become the property of STATE and may be used or otherwise disposed of by STATE without notice or obligation to PURCHASER or to any party to whom PURCHASER may transfer title. Nothing in this section shall be construed as relieving PURCHASER from an obligation to clean up and to burn, remove, or dispose of debris, waste materials, and such, in accordance with the provisions of this contract. PURCHASER shall indemnify STATE for expenses as a result of cleanup, removal or disposal of debris, waste materials, and such.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").
