Exhibition Space means any space in the Exhibition Centre licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organisers for the purpose of the Exhibition under these Terms and Conditions and shall include shell (ready stand) spaces and nonshell (raw) spaces.
Exhibition Space means any virtual booth in the exhibition area licensed to the exhibitor by the organiser for the purpose of the virtual exhibition.
Exhibition Space means the area for exhibition allocated to the Exhibitor in accordance with Clause 5 and Clause 9 of these Regulations.
Examples of Exhibition Space in a sentence
The Exhibition Space is licensed to the Exhibitor only (in common with the Organisers and all others authorised by the Organisers) on a non-exclusive basis.
At such time after the close of the Exhibition as the Organisers may specify, or on sooner termination of this Contract, all exhibits shall be removed and cleared from the Exhibition Space and vacant possession of the Exhibition Space shall be delivered to the Organisers in as good and clean order and condition as it was when initially licensed to the Exhibitor.
Upon termination of this Contract for whatever reason, any allocation of the Exhibition Space shall automatically be cancelled forthwith.
The Exhibitor is not permitted to sub-license the Exhibition Space allocated to it, either wholly or in part, or otherwise part with or share possession of all or any part of the Exhibition Space without the prior written consent of the Organisers.
All exhibits and stand furnishings must be confined to the Exhibition Space.
More Definitions of Exhibition Space
Exhibition Space means the area rented by the Exhibitor from Centre Management for purposes of the exhibition and/or promotion for the period recorded in the Court Booking Application Form;
Exhibition Space means the physical and/or digital/online Event exhibition space at the Venue allocated by the Event Organiser to the Exhibitor.

Exhibition Space means any exhibition stand, display or other area defined in the Contract. The term ‘Exhibition’ shall mean IMEX in Frankfurt. The term ‘Exhibitor’ shall mean any Business, Company, Organisation, Partnership, Firm or individual to whom a stand has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting and who is responsible for appointing an employee, servant or agent to coordinate the Exhibitor’s participation (Stand Coordinator). All Exhibitors are also Participants. The term ‘Exhibitor Appointed Constructor’ shall mean any company other than the designated official contractors that provide stand construction and dismantling services, stand hostesses, florists, photographers, audo visual companies, etc, and need access to the show floor at any time during build- up, exhibition dates or break-down. The term ‘Exhibitor Manual’ shall mean the online manual to be prepared by the Organisers with access given to Participants prior to the Exhibition setting out practical aspects of their participation and of the Exhibition. The term ‘Exhibition Venue’ shall mean Hall 0 & Xxxx 0, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx. The term ‘General Contractor’ shall mean the Contractor appointed by RE to perform necessary exhibition services and provide rental equipment at the exhibition. The term ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ shall mean all copyright and related rights, trademarks, trade names and domain names, logos, rights in design, rights in computer software, and any other intellectual property rights. The term ‘Landlord’ shall mean the owners and management of the appointed Exhibition Venue, its employees or agents. The term ‘Organisers’ shall include all employees, servants and agents of RE, organisers of IMEX in Frankfurt. The term ‘Participant’ shall mean any Business, Company, Organisation, Partnership, Firm, Exhibitor or individual who is named as such in this contract and has been accepted for participation in the Exhibition by the Organisers. The term ‘RE’ shall mean Regent Exhibitions Ltd’ The term ‘Stand’ shall mean a specific floor area of the ‘Exhibition Venue’ which has been contracted to an exhibitor and includes both ‘Space only’ stands which are solely a specific floor area and ‘Shell Scheme’ stands which are a specific floor area and appropriate Shell Scheme construction (walls, carpet and fascia board).
