Future Requests. In the event that (i) Landlord fails to exercise either of its options under subsection C of this Article 12 and consents to a proposed assignment or sublease, and (ii) Tenant fails to execute and deliver the assignment or sublease to which Landlord consented within ninety (90) days after the giving of such consent, then, Tenant shall again comply with all of the provisions and conditions of subsection B of this Article 12 before assigning this Lease or subletting all or part of the Premises.
Future Requests. All future data requests relative to the described project shall make reference to the above Agreement number.

Future Requests. The Future Project may be subject to additional requirements not addressed in this Agreement and will need to be addressed at a future time including but not limited to rezoning, variances, land division, development agreement amendment(s) and the potential request by the Developer for financial assistance.
