CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION. If it is specified in the Funding Table, construction engineering and inspection is eligible as a project cost. The Responsibility Table defines whether DOTD or the Entity shall be obligated, to complete the work specified in this Article. If DOTD is obligated to complete the work specified in this Article, DOTD will perform the construction engineering and inspection using funds as specified in the Funding Table. If the Entity is obligated to complete the work specified in this Article, the Entity will either perform the construction engineering and inspection with in-house staff or will hire a consultant to perform the work. If federal funds are specified in the Funding Table for construction engineering and inspection, the selection of any consultant will be as provided in Article V, above. The construction engineering and inspection must be performed by a professional licensed to perform the type of work being performed. DOTD will assign a representative from a District Office to serve as the District Project Coordinator during project construction. The District Project Coordinator will make intermittent trips to the construction site to ensure that the construction contractor is following established construction procedures and that applicable federal and state requirements are being enforced. The District Project Coordinator will advise the LPA Responsible Charge of any discrepancies noted and, if necessary, will direct that appropriate remedial action be taken. Failure to comply with such directives will result in the withholding of Federal funds by DOTD until corrective measures are taken by the Entity. Except where a deviation has been mutually agreed to in writing by both DOTD and the Entity, the following specific requirements shall apply:

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION. CONSULTANT shall provide construction engineering services for the project described above. Fee shall be estimated due to the full construction project is unknown at this time. Fee shall be for budgetary purposes. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION. Construction engineering will be performed by the Consultant selected for the Project. A representative from each Party will be assigned to the Project to serve as Resident Engineer and perform the duties thereof. The City shall permit the inspection of the Project by the any representative of the Party to determine compliance with the law or the provisions of this Agreement. Except in the case of an emergency, any such inspection shall be conducted during normal business hours, with the verbal concurrence by the Resident Engineer. The Resident Engineer shall accompany the Lead Agency on any such inspection to address questions and comments about the Project.
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION. The engineer xxxxxx agrees to provide professional services during construction of the project as follows: • Review contractor submittals. • Attend/conduct a pre-construction meeting. • Review laboratory, mill and shop test to assist in monitoring the quality of construction. • Consult, answer questions, and assist in resolving construction issues during construction. • Provide services of Resident Project Representative (RPR) for onsite inspection, estimation of field quantities, and engineering during construction. • Review monthly and final estimates for payment to contractors. • Make final inspection of the construction upon completion.

  • Access, Use, Monitoring and Inspection Site shall provide original or copies (as the case may be) of all Study Data to Quintiles and Sponsor for Sponsor’s use. Site shall afford Sponsor and Quintiles and their representatives and designees reasonable access to Site’s facilities and to Medical Records and Study Data so as to permit Sponsor and Quintiles and their representatives and designees to monitor the Study. 1.3.3.

  • Monitoring and Inspection The Interconnected Transmission Owner may monitor construction and installation of Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer is constructing. Upon reasonable notice, authorized personnel of the Interconnected Transmission Owner may inspect any or all of such Interconnection Facilities to assess their conformity with Applicable Standards.

  • TESTING AND INSPECTION 6.1 Pre-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.

  • Tests and Inspections 5.2.1 Tests and Inspections shall comply with title 24, part 1, California Code of Regulations, group 1, article 5, section 4-335, and with the provisions of the Specifications.

  • Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance The Contractor is responsible for installation and maintenance of the BMPs as a part of its Bid. The Design Professional shall obtain the services of a qualified testing laboratory to inspect the BMPs in accordance with the permits, the costs of such inspections to be borne by the Owner. In the event of Abnormal Weather Conditions or force majeure, the Contractor shall be compensated for re-installation of BMPs at established Unit Prices.

  • Independent Review and Inspection The Owner may undertake independent inspection of the installation of the Work. Such independent inspector shall operate on behalf of the Owner and shall act to protect the best interests of the Owner.

  • Reporting and Inspection If you use the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor's Cloud, you are required to purchase Subscription Services in a quantity equal to the total number of Units of that Red Hat Product (including variants or components thereof) that you deploy, install, use or execute as set forth in Appendix 1. You will promptly notify Red Hat and Red Hat will invoice you for each Unit on a pro-rata basis and you will pay for such Units within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice or as otherwise set forth in the Agreement. Failure to comply with this Section 4 will be considered a material breach of this Agreement, and will entitle Red Hat and/or Vendor to suspend the Services or terminate this Agreement.
