monitoring and inspection means formal and objective oversight by means of review of information requested and submitted and held by the regulator from and about the regulated organisation or individual, and of site visits both announced and unannounced to the regulated organisation or individual, in order to assess performance against pre-determined standards adopted to assess compliance with this Act;

  • Onsite means within the Prescribed Premises boundary.

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.

  • Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Internal inspection means as complete an examination as can be reasonably made of the internal and external surfaces of a boiler or pressure vessel while it is shut down and while manhole plates, handhole plates or other inspection opening closures are removed as required by the inspector.

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental property assessment of the Assets that satisfies the basic assessment requirements set forth under the current ASTM International Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments (Designation E1527-13) or any other visual site assessment or review of records, reports or documents.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
