Conditions of Carriage. 1.1. All travel completed with SAS are subject to the SAS General Conditions of Carriage which may be amended. By using the Company code, such Conditions of Carriage are accepted.

Aircraft availability: The quotation is aircraft specific and is thus subject to aircraft availability. Eurofly Service S.P.A reserves the right to provide at any time the customer with another similar aircraft at the same cost should the offered / booked aircraft be unavailable. Aircraft are booked on a first come / first serve basis, but we always do our outmost to comply with your request. If no aircraft can be found, Eurofly Service S.P.A reserves the right to cancel the order without any compensation to the customer. Increased costs / delays: Should there be any en-route charges or other increased costs due to route changes, or delays as a result of customer requirements, or diversions due to safety considerations, the customer will be billed for such costs. Eurofly Service S.P.A takes absolutely no responsibility with regards to visa requirements of its passengers. Should there be any levy due to the lack of required entry documents of passengers or cargo, the customer will be billed for such costs. Terms of payment: The customer shall make the payment, if not other stated in writing, at the latest 48 hours prior to departure by bank transfer. Conditions of Carriage. When you travel on an aircraft, train or ship, the conditions of carriage of that carrier apply and are subject to National and International conditions which may limit or exclude liability. Your contract made under the terms of this Fair Trading Agreement is subject to English (Scottish) law and jurisdiction. Coach journeys are operated by vehicles other than those owned by Floral Tours and the specification may be different to that detailed in the leaflet. The Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) Regulations as amended 1990, apply to all coaches throughout any tour in the United Kingdom.
Conditions of Carriage. The contract of carriage shall be performed under the Operator’s conditions of carriage, which shall bind the Customer and its passengers. In particular, the relevant international Convention governing carriage by air shall apply and may limit the rights of the Customer and its passengers in respect of injury, loss or damage to themselves or their baggage. Any claims arising out of a Flight for injury, loss or damage to a passenger or their baggage can only be made to the Operator, and the Broker shall have no liability for such claims. The Customer shall comply, and shall ensure that its passengers comply, with all the Operator’s baggage regulations (including the rules about items that can be carried in the cabin but not in the hold), and shall not bring on board, or attempt to bring on board, any prohibited or dangerous items. These regulations are available to be reviewed on pages 8, 9 and 10 of this document. The Flights are performed for the benet of the Cust omer and its guests only. The Customer may not sell tickets on any Flight to any person. The Customer warrants that all its passengers will be travelling free of charge or at a reduced fare not available directly or indirectly to the public, so that EC Regulation 261/2004 (“EC261”) or any equivalent legislation in the United Kingdom does not apply to the Flights. The Customer agrees that if any claims are made under EC261 or any equivalent legislation arising out of the delay or cancellation of any Flight, the Customer will indemnify the Broker in respect of any losses incurred by the Broker.
