A “Succession Event” will occur if a Component Currency is (a) lawfully eliminated and replaced with, converted into, redenominated as, or exchanged for, another currency or (b) any Relevant Country (as defined herein) divides into two or more countries or economic regions, as applicable, each with a different lawful currency immediately after such event.
