Conceptual Plans and Drawings. Redeveloper has caused Xxxx Xxxx of Architectural One of Lincoln, Nebraska (“Design Professional”) to prepare overall conceptual plans and drawings (“Project Schematic Drawings”) for the Private Improvements which have been reviewed and approved by the Mayor. The Project Schematic Drawings attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Conceptual Plans and Drawings. Overall conceptual plans and drawings (“Project Schematic Drawings”) for the New Building have been prepared by the Redeveloper and are attached as Exhibit D. The Project Schematic Drawings have been reviewed and approved by the Mayor. The Project Schematic Drawings shall serve as the basis for completing the design development plans and specifications for the New Building.

Overall conceptual plans and drawings (“Project Schematic Drawings”) shall be based upon restoring and preserving the historic facades of the Xxxxxxx Paper Building and maintaining the historic nature of the Haymarket District. The Project Schematic Drawings shall serve as the basis for development of the plans and specifications for the Private Improvements, Public Parking and Streetscape. Ingress and egress to and from the Project area from the public streets as shown on Exhibit C are acceptable to the City based upon Chapter 14.75 of the Lincoln Municipal Code and the City’s Access Management Policy.

The Project Schematic Drawings shall serve as the basis for development of the final design and construction plans and specifications for the New Building.

The Project Schematic Drawings shall serve as the basis for development of the plans and specifications for the Private Improvements.
